From Black's Law Dictionary, 6th Edition: Artifice. AN INGENIOUS CONTRIVANCE OR DEVICE OF
SOME KIND, AND, WHEN USED IN A BAD SENSE, IT CORRESPONDS WITH TRICK OR FRAUD. IT IMPLIES CRAFTINESS AND DECEIT, AND IMPORTS SOME ELEMENT OF MORAL OBLIQUITY.
Government de facto.
A government of fact. A government
actually exercising power and control, as opposed to the true and lawful
government; a government not established according to the constitution of the
nation, or not lawfully entitled to recognition to supremacy, but which has
nevertheless supplanted or displaced the government de jure. A
government deemed unlawful, or deemed wrongful or unjust, which,
nevertheless, receives presently habitual obedience from the bulk of the
community."
"Every Communist must grasp the truth,
Political power grows out of the end of a barrel." -
China leader Mao Zedong
Vermont Constitution Article 3rd.
"That all
men have a natural and unalienable right, to worship Almighty God, according
to the dictates of their own understandings, as in their opinion shall be
regulated by the Word of God ... nor can any man be justly deprived or
abridged of any civil right as a citizen, on account of his religious
sentiments, or peculia[r] mode of religious worship; and that no authority
can, or ought to be vested in, or assumed by, any power whatever, that shall
in any case interfere with, or in any manner control the rights of
conscience, in the free exercise of religious worship. Nevertheless,
every sect or denomination of Christians ought to observe the Sabbath or
Lord's day, and keep up some sort of religious worship, which to them, shall
seem most agreeable to the revealed will of God." Annotations
(critical commentary): "...that the rights of conscience can not be
deputed; that religion is a concern personally and exclusively operative
between the individual and his God, and that whosoever attempts to control
this sacred right, in any possible way, does it by usurpation* and
not by right."
*Usurpation. ... the unlawful encroachment or assumption of the use of property, power
or authority which belongs to another... government by force or illegally, in
derogation of the constitution and the rights of the lawful ruler.
In the hall of the Vermont State Capitol reads this plaque: "The Record of Vermont as a resolute champion of individual freedom as a
true interpreter of our fundamental law as a defender of religious faith as
an unselfish, but independent and uncompromising commonwealth of liberty-
loving patriots is not only surpassed, but unmatched by any other State in
the Union." George Harvey, 1921, U.S. Ambassador to Great
Britain
Examples: State of Vermont Court
Administrator, Robert Greemore, is quoted in Rutland Herald, May 2, 2003 as
saying, "Those who don't pay fines risk having warrants issued for their
arrests." This is clearly contrary to Vermont Constitution, subsection 40,
which simply states: "No person shall be imprisoned for debt."
"Rep. Bernie Sanders, the only congressman to admit he's
a socialist." The Spotlight, The paper you can trust; Jan. 1 & 8, 2001
“Because of what appears to be a lawful command on the surface, many Citizens
because of respect for the law, are cunningly coerced into waiving their rights,
due to ignorance.” U.S. v. Minker, 350 U.S. 179, 187
From Black's Law Dictionary, 6th Edition:

natural persons. Corporations are examples of artificial persons.

simulacrum, as distinguished from that which is real. A prima facie
or apparent right. Hence, a deceptive appearance; a plausible, assumed
exterior, concealing a lack of reality; a disguise or pretext.
Color of law. The appearance or semblance,
without the substance, of legal right. Misuse of power, possessed by
virtue of state law and made possible only because wrongdoer is clothed with
authority of state, ...
Good moral character. As a prerequisite to the
administration to the practice of law, an absence of proven conduct or acts
which have been historically considered as manifestation of moral turpitude
(vile or base character; depravity).

"Thus saith the LORD,
Let not the wise man glory in his wisdom, neither let the mighty man glory in
his might, let not the rich man glory in his riches: But let him that glorieth
glory in this, that he understandeth and knoweth me, that I am the LORD which
exercise lovingkindness, judgment, and righteousness, in the earth: for in these
things I delight, saith the LORD." -Jeremiah 9:23,24
Jesus Holy Nation
Government de jure.
A government of right; the
true and lawful government; a government established according to the
constitution of the nation, and lawfully entitled to recognition and supremacy
and the administration of the nation, but which is actually cut off from power
or control. A government deemed lawful, or deemed rightful or just,
which, nevertheless, has been supplanted or displaced; that is to say, which
receives not presently (although it received formally) habitual obedience from
the bulk of the community. NEVER Ever be
deceived!!!
Critical Note: The
Church of Christ Jesus is distinctly different from manmade governments
(Law: artificial persons). As created, Vermont Article 6 makes
unequivocally clear, "That all power being originally inherent in and co[n]sequently derived from the people; therefore, all officers of government,
whether executive or legislative or executive, are their trusties and
servants [lesser in rank; inferior; subordinate]; and at all times, in a legal way,
accountable to them." Governments today pervert "servant" to "master"
and operate as dictators! Historical Note: "It is not the function of our
government to keep the citizen from falling into error; it is the function of
the citizen to keep government from falling into error." -U. S. Supreme Court
-American Communications Association versus Douds, 33 9 US 382, 442
Warning: Excerpts
taken from an essay adapted from Leviathan: The Growth of Local Government-
(Note Leviathan meaning being a monster; immense power.) “”Local governments
are multiplying like rabbits, at a rate of one new entity per day. They operate
the schools our children attend, determine the uses of our property, and tax us
at a higher rate than the national government. …As tyrannical state leaders
violate liberty in the name of ‘states’ rights’, we discover that those who
coined that term had it wrong. States do not have rights. People have rights.
And the purpose of federalism is to protect those rights. …The odds are further
stacked by the politicians’ ability to use their citizens’ tax dollars against
them… they [people] often encounter court systems that indulge every presumption
in favor of local government.”

"Cultural Communism- The Cult of
Political Correctness
Communism isn’t dead, it’s just been
renamed. “With the political correctness movement we see an attack on
the Christian culture so that the communists can take over. And
cultural bolshevism [term stemming from 1917 when the Bolsheviks came to
power in Russia] is winning while Christian leaders wring their hands.
…And when Western Christian culture is destroyed, it will be replaced
by chaos, anarchy and violence as a norm. All this without any
casualties on the side of the conspirators.” –By

"Over 4,000

Many of the tens
of thousands of Protestant and Catholic clergy openly supported
Hitler. ... When the clergy were given the choice of joining Hitler's
state church or going to prison, the overwhelming majority quietly chose
the religious arm or the Third Reich, the pastors, both the enthusiastic
and the reluctant, had to support it, since they looked to it to define
what was right and wrong (emphasis added).
It was far too personally
"dangerous" to let God do this through the Holy Scriptures. To do so
was to say that there was a greater authority in men's lives than the
Third Reich. This was treason to Hitler. -Twelve
