A ministry of refuge... destroyed by the State of Vermont! Vermont de facto government Christian House Moriah is located at 2141 U.S. Route 7, Leicester Vermont. (Google Earth for better picture). It was dedicated to the Lord in 1995 by ceremony with 30 Christian witnesses from four different churches. (Full length video available.) The House, named Moriah after Mount Moriah in Israel, was intended as an outreach ministry for any people that the Lord should send to it. E.g. A person in need to get off the street; an elder in need of care; a person who was in need of refuge to rebuild their life. House Moriah was built in 1992-1999 upon 10.1 acres of gifted family farmland (Romona's side). With Tom having skills to build approximately 80% of the house himself, $57,000 was all that was necessary to create 5,100 square feet of living space, have a 500' deep well drilled, and a 1900' driveway bulldozed (this can be truthfully verified with records). Although another $10-15k was necessary to complete the structure, year 2007 tax assessments put the house worth a ridiculous "worldly" value of $390,300! The issue of property taxes became a major issue that strained marriage relations! Romona alleged that I, Thomas, was obsessed with "corrupt government." Romona, weaker in faith, filed for divorce contrary to Jesus' teaching. (Keep Your Marriage Vows "Now to the married I command, yet not I but the Lord: A wife is not to depart from her husband. But even if she does depart, let her remain unmarried or be reconciled to her husband. And a husband is not to divorce his wife." -1 Corinthians 7:10, 11) A traffic court judge, Rita Flynn assigned but not qualified chose to usurp Christian jurisdiction ignoring these Scriptures: "What God has joined together let no man separate.” Mat.19:4-9; 5:31 "You shall not covet* your neighbor's wife, or his manservant or maidservant , his donkey, or anything that belongs to your neighbor." -Exodus 20:17 (covet*- to desire [another's property] wrongfully.) The entire estate was awarded to Romona while Thomas was left homeless with a small tent ministry.

Christian Perspective: In Deut. 24:1-4 it is enacted that the husband must give a dismissed wife a “bill of divorcement,” a document releasing her from all claims on his part and setting her free to marry again. Our LORD, however, teaches that marriage rests on the original creative ordinance of God, making the the bond between man and wife indissoluble, and that the Mosaic legislation with regard to divorce was a concession to natural hardness of heart, and did not correspond to its divine idea. It is written: “What God has joined together let no man separate.” -Mat.19:4-9; 5:31

Additional note: Thomas was among the first volunteers to organize and operate the State mandated recycling program in Leicester, and continued free of charge for three years helping recycle the first and third Saturdays of each month. After Thomas left, the recycling expenses were added to the local tax budget due to the fact that no other resident stepped up to volunteer their services.

ANSWER, COUNTERCLAIM
Now comes defendant, Thomas H. Millington Ambassador IICor.5:20, my complaints and counterclaims are as follows:
1.) The STATE falsely assumes that I agree to any or all of the semantics and rules/laws to which it is most comfortable and familiar, and to which the STATE has devised contrary to Holy Bible/ Holy Scriptures. State of Vermont tax agent Jay Knable, aggressor, personally confirmed to me in the fall of 2006 that the STATE OF VERMONT is in fact a secular state. See (Black’s Law Dictionary, 6th Ed.:) secular -not spiritual; not ecclesiastical, artificial persons- persons created and devised by human laws for the purposes of society and government, as distinguished from natural persons, “state”-a body politic or society of men, usurpation- the unlawful encroachment or assumption of the use of property, power or authority which belongs to another…government by force or illegally, in derogation of the constitution {U.S. Constitution Amendment 1, Vermont Constitution Article 1, 3, United Nations Declaration of Human Rights} and the rights of the lawful ruler, foreign-…belonging or attached to another jurisdiction; subject to another jurisdiction, conflict of law – inconsistency or difference between the laws of different states or countries…, and, lastly, deprogramming -…individuals who are members of certain religious groups are subjected to a scheme of brain-washing or mind control in an attempt to dissuade them of their religious beliefs.
2). The STATE seemingly attempts to lay the groundwork to trap me for jurisdiction when it says, “Defendant Thomas H. Millington [Ambassador IICor.5:20] is a resident of Vermont.” Although born in Burlington, Vermont 8-20-60, my God origin and innate character did not make me a slave to any one or any thing that is contrary to true liberty and abundant life. My infantile baptism at the Methodist Church in Burlington, VT was of Divine purpose. eg. The point being, IF I was born in Egypt and under an Islamic fascist regime, there is no law in the universe that says that I have to associate with them or acknowledge them as “lord and master”. My allegiance is not to a de facto government-“A government actually exercising power and control, as opposed to the true and lawful government; a government not established according to the constitution of the nation, or not lawfully entitled to recognition or supremacy, but which has nevertheless supplanted or displaced the government de jure.”
3).The STATE makes assumptions that I am a business, when in fact I am a Church [of Jesus Christ] Ministry. I gift innumerable tent set-ups, and do sacred ceremonies with my equipment. I cannot advocate or propagate the teachings/doctrines of immoral taxation ("The power to tax involves the power to destroy-McCullock v Maryland, 4 Wheaton 316; Crandall v Nevada, 6 Wall 35, 46.)”, nor can I participate in antichrist activity for conscience sake , and to eliminate hypocrisy (See II Corinthians 6:14). As stated in point 1. above, my usage of the term “rent” as was obtained by Jay Knable off from my website www.tommillington.com., is not synonymous with the STATE’S definition. The equipment in question was a gift and will not be replaced when it becomes unsafe and in disrepair. It is not the STATE’S constitutional authority to dictate [Dictator -One who rules autocratically and oppressively] to me the value of my time for maintenance, delivery, set up, etc.
4).The amount due in revenue to the STATE is zero ($0.00). The treatment and mathematical computations assessed are done in malice (PERSECUTION), and are both egregious and repugnant! There is no manifest contract or agreement, neither by verbal consent nor written instrument, to which I must collect taxes on the STATE”S behalf. Not all cultures are/were tax minded. Fundamentally rich American history concerning pluralism and vested religious liberties (immunity) shall prevail. More evidence to this fact can be elaborated upon. Furthermore, the constitutionality and morality of Federal Reserve Notes, or other fiat monies, (although not the plaintiff’s issue), is mine.
For the record of fact, in addition to my authority as Ambassador IICor.5:20, I am qualified as an Ambassador to Jerusalem, Israel and as an Ambassador for the Algonquin Wabanaki Sovereign Nation. Documents of authenticity attached (A through F). In humility, I declare that in my possession is a United Nations WPA (World Peace Academy) Certificate which declares that I am an educator (teacher) of world peace.
In light of a world view, I respectfully request and impel the Court to carefully consider the following and vindicate me:
Robert Muller, a former Assistant Secretary-General of the United Nations, has publicly stated: "In the battle between forces of good and evil (emphasis added) on this planet, no one can be neutral, you want to take sides.

The U.S. Marshall Plan of 1947 declared, (especially in regards to Communism), "...Furthermore, governments, political parties, or groups which seek to perpetuate human misery in order to profit there from, politically or otherwise, will encounter the opposition of the United States..." [*1]
(7th) President Andrew Jackson, June 8, 1845, asserted: "The Bible is the Rock on which our Republic rests." [2*]
The State of Vermont is a secular democracy, and, in historical retrospect, it should be noted that "Liberty has never lasted long in a democracy, nor has it ever ended in anything better than despotism." [*3]
The Vermont and U.S. Constitutions by which STATE servants (inferior, subordinate, lower in rank) are bound under legal oath (…a person who [is] bound in conscience to perform an act faithfully and truthfully… made under an immediate sense of responsibility to God.) makes clear that “all officers of government…are their [the people’s] trusties and servants (emphasis added); and at all times, in a legal way, accountable to them.” [*4]
“The framers of the Constitution firmly believed in government under law. They wanted to protect the country from tyranny in any form. They believed that a misguided majority might be as dangerous to good government under law as a privileged minority or a power mad dictator.” [*5] Martial Law restricted in Vermont Article 16, 17.
The late Pope John Paul II was quoted saying, "[he] loathed totalitarianism- 'substitute religion.'" [6*]
“The liberal State is a mask behind which there is no face, it is scaffolding behind which there is no building.” -Benito Mussolini, Itakian dictator. Fascism…the [Italian] nation was believed superior to others, war was glorified and power-politics ensured oppressive measures for ‘the benefit’ of the people.” ‘Fiefdom formerly referred to a feudal estate and its owner, but now used to describe an illicit control of political, personal power over a geographic area…” [7*]
A 1973 ruling declared “Secularism is unconstitutional … preferring those who do not believe over those who do believe … It is the duty of government to deter no-belief religions … Facilities of government cannot offend religious principles…”. [8*]
Pope Benedict XVI is quoted saying "no law made by man can subvert the law made by the Creator without damaging society in its very foundations." (On the issue of civil unions.) [9*] DOCKET NO. 163-6-07 ANCV
”No one shall be held in slavery or servitude; slavery and the slave trade shall be prohibited in all their forms.” [*10] taking special note of the legal definition of free: “Not subject to legal constraint of another. Unconstrained; having the power to follow the dictates of own will. Not subject to the dominion of another. Not compelled to involuntary servitude; used in this sense as opposed to ‘slave.’”
Here is wisdom: “Well aware that Almighty God has created the mind free… that to compel a man to furnish contributions of money for the propagation of opinions which he disbelieves is sinful and tyrannical;” [*11]
Homeland Security (USA) has in partnership (a player on the same team): The United States Postal Service and the Salvation Army. The Salvation Army’s mission is an International movement of the Universal Christian Church to preach the gospel (Good News) of Jesus Christ. [*12]
“We know that the law is good if one uses it properly. We also know that the law is not made for the righteous but for lawbreakers and rebels, the ungodly and sinful, the unholy and irreligious; for those who kill their fathers or mothers, for murderers, for adulterers and perverts, for slave traders and liars and perjurers- and for whatever else is contrary to the sound doctrine that conforms to the glorious gospel of the blessed God, which he entrusted to me.” - I Timothy 1:8-11 [*13]
“There is only one Lawgiver and Judge, the one who is able to save and destroy.” -James 4:12; Deuteronomy 4:12, 5:6 [*14]
The Nuremburg War Trials at the end of WWII occurred to render justice to the numerous Nations and peoples adversely affected by the Nazi War machine. The Nazi War Machine plundered material wealth, and plundered the economies of otherwise peaceful nations. The war also caused the destruction of cultural heritage. It was clearly determined that “Civilization cannot tolerate them [Crimes against peace/crimes against humanity] being repeated (emphasis added).” When asked about the blame behind causing the war, politicians blamed soldiers, and soldiers blamed politicians- both of which were “only doing their duty.”[*15] True Christians are neither in league with evil (wicked; harmful; injurious), nor those involved in chain conspiracy; that is, where different activities are carried on with the same subject of the conspiracy in chain-like manner such that each conspirator performs a separate function which serves in the accomplishment of the overall conspiracy.

What is left of Tom's Christian Tent Ministry is under lawsuit by the Vermont Tax Department for failure to "collect" taxes on the "use" portion of the "would be rental value of tents". Despite 47 pages of unsolicited thanks (representing several hundred free set-ups and reduced costs to common neighbors), Judge Helen Toor ruled in favor of the State to the amount of $13,315.25. Human Rights Violations in the
USA:
Of all the nations in the world the United States is perhaps the most vocal against human rights violations. Yet this nation has increasingly become a great violator of human rights in recent decades. Most Americans are not aware of this because they keep busy with plenty of work just to make ends meet. Besides they are unable to know what is going on since all the major news media is controlled by big industries headed by the weapons industrial complex. It is not in the interest of big industries to expose their methods of people's exploitation and the great suffering they inflict in the world at large. Dark side Exposed As a capitalistic institution, the United States is not a democratic society. It is a plutocratic* nation governed by the rich for the rich. Although theoretically the government is the ultimate authority of a nation, in practice the ultimate power lies entirely in the hands of big industry headed by the weapons complex. This industry is primarily concerned with the sales of its lethal products to anyone who would give the right price, friends and enemies alike, as witnessed in the Iran/Contra affair. When a nation becomes powerful that does not mean that such a nation can do what it likes. Everything must be done with deep respect in accordance with laws of higher order. I am referring here to the divine positive law, the natural law, and the ecclesiastical law. The divine positive law consists of the Ten Commandments we find in the Bible, which are found in virtually every religion conceivable. The natural law deals with the law of nature, while the ecclesiastical law deals with rules and regulations enacted by religious authorities. |
