Pertaining to anything belonging to or set apart for the church, as distinguished from 'civil' or 'secular,' with regard to the world. Church. In its most general sense, the religious society founded and established by Jesus Christ, to receive, preserve, and propagate His doctrines and ordinances. "The law of the Lord is perfect, reviving the soul. The statutes of the Lord are trustworthy, making wise the simple. The precepts of the Lord are right, giving joy to the heart. The commands of the Lord are radiant, giving light to the eyes. The fear of the Lord is pure, enduring forever. The ordinances of the Lord are all together righteous. There is physical law that governs material things (science: matter), but spiritual law governs relationships between people and things (i.e. love one for another; stewardship of property) The Temple was the place where Torah was read and disputes were settled... the Torah [Holy Scriptures] are the literature, law, and teaching for Jews. Modern day Christians as a Church Body of Christ should be operating the same way; that is, not using secular courts or methods of "rehabilitation" because Christ Jesus has taught His People the more excellent way. Judeo-Christian judiciary operate differently from modern day courts: "'Consider carefully what you [judges] do, because you are not judging for man but for the LORD, who is with you whenever you give a verdict. Now let the fear of the LORD be upon you. Judge carefully, for with the LORD our God there is no injustice or partiality or bribery.' ... ' You must serve faithfully and wholeheartedly in the fear of the LORD. In every case that comes before you from your fellow countrymen who live in other cities- whether bloodshed or other concerns of the law, commands, decrees, or ordinances- you are to warn them not to sin against the LORD; otherwise his wrath will come upon you and your brothers. The following Scriptures contain key knowledge to understand TRUE justice as revealed by the Living God. The LORD abhors corruption and bribery in this profession! It is imperative that you do read it in entirety in order that the curse of the "law" (man's law) that is destroying men’s souls is stopped. God's Law must be administered righteously for the sake of future generations! Here's a legal concept that the secular (nonreligious) judges hide behind to avoid accountability (Black’s Law Dictionary, 6th Edition: Judicial immunity- The absolute protection from civil liability arising out of discharge of judicial functions which every judge enjoys. Under doctrine of "judicial immunity," a judge is not subject to liability for any act committed within the exercise of his judicial function; the immunity is absolute in that it is applicable even if the actions of the judicial official are taken in bad faith (emphasis added)." P.s. There is no statute of limitations in God's Court in regards to wrong doing; therefore, repent those who do evil in the eyes of the Lord. (Black's Law, 6th Ed.:) KANGAROO COURTS are sham legal proceedings in which a person’s rights are totally disregarded and in which the result is a forgone conclusion because of the bias of the court or other tribunal.
A Burlington Free Press Article dated Sunday, July 22, 1984 entitled Plight of the Dissidents exposed the corrupt practices of evil judiciary and State officials to retain political power. "It was nearly two decades ago that critics say the Soviets started referring perfectly competent and healthy dissidents to psychiatric hospitals where they were diagnosed and treated as mentally ill. Such actions remove the troublesome dissidents from public view and cast doubt on the soundness of their passionate politics." [Definition of dissident-a person who dissents, especially from established opinions]. Genocide in "white coats" (psychiatrics) is still used today by evil powers to eliminate their "competition"; that is, people who know what freedom truly is, and try to live free, are made continual targets of contempt and hatred by government de facto (centralized political powers). Religion and politics do not mix! Jesus said, "Whoever is not with me is against me...". Matthew 12:30. Jesus' heavenly kingdom, here and now, is already fixed and established. Mere man cannot add or subtract one thing from it! In Vermont, Bill S103 passed year 2000-2001 is very dangerous for the reasons cited above, and because the authority of Jesus and the Word of God is made null and void! The Bible is referenced only as "theory" in a derogatory and belittling way by the present State of Vermont powers. Perhaps now you can understand the Biblical word anti-Christ.
If a court or magistrate (judge) rejects the authority of Jesus Christ and His Holy Word, sham legal proceedings is all one can expect for "justice". In fact, most judges hide behind a false doctrine known as judicial immunity... exemption from lawsuit just in case they give a bad verdict! This is nothing more than being a judicial hack, and resembles the corruption of the medieval Salem witch trials! A TRUE Christian and ecclesiastical court operates in accordance with 2 Chronicles 19:5-10 ("not judging for man, but for the Lord"), and judging in regards to SIN! (read Galations 5:19-21 for list of offences/wrong doing). Jesus, who is without sin, said to the adulterous woman (read John 8:2-11), “go and sin no more.” The reality is that ALL people have freewill and can therefore change to do good instead of evil. Mankind must remember the goal is to conform to Jesus’ image, not man’s (e.g. Adolf Hitler tried to conform people to his image… think about it! It is written: "For those whom God foreknew he also predestined to be conformed to the image of his Son (Jesus), in order that he might be the firstborn among many brethren.” -Romans 8:29 Man’s created and legislated law does not conform to or supersede God’s law… no matter what law, code, or the existing Constitution which is considered the “supreme law of the land”. God’s Holy Word is perfect (Proverbs 30:5, 6) and is complete and all sufficient Law in every situation- local and foreign policy. It is not difficult to prove that the Holy Scriptures preexisted our Constitutions. "...the purpose of a devout and united people was set forth in the pages of the Bible...(1) to live in freedom. (2) to work in a prosperous land... and (3) to obey the commandments of God... This Biblical story of the Promised land inspired the founders of America. It continues to inspire us..." - President Dwight D. Eisenhower, 1954.
The purpose of any court is to make judgments about human behavior, and, as a result, is dealing with psychology- the science of the mind or of mental state and process. Wherefore, there is always an object lesson to be learned, and an intended behavior modification (freewill) to be expected. Whosoever is labeled “guilty” is to conform (become similar in form or character) to some image (likeness). This image is either into the eternal loving God (read 3 John 1:11), or to the image of a beast (a cruel course person). Unequivocally, the former is necessary to heal and restore the person, and rectify issues that are plaguing and destroying mankind. "Well aware that Almighty God has created the mind free; that all attempts to influence it by temporal punishments... tend only to... {produce] habits of hypocrisy and meanness; ...that to compel a man to furnish contributions of money for the propagation of opinions which he disbelieves is sinful and tyrannical;...that truth is great and will prevail if left to herself..." -Virginia Statue for religious freedom (1786). All men, however, are under some reality jurisdiction of laws whether they be of God’s making or of man’s own making (Law: artificial persons- persons created and devised by human laws for the purpose of society and government, as distinguished from natural persons. Corporations are examples of artificial persons as are government de facto!). The enormous blessing being under God’s system (born again) of rule is written: “There is therefore now no condemnation to them which are in Christ Jesus, who walk not after the flesh, but after the Spirit (Holy Spirit/ Comforter)” Romans 8:1. It is absolutely necessary that repentance (turning away from) occur in order that a person bear fruit (Matthew 3:8; Galations 5:22), and move towards godliness and holiness. The GOOD NEWS being, “As far as the east is from the west, so far hath he removed our transgressions from us.” Psalm 103:12. That person “is a new creation: the old has gone, the new has come!” 2 Corinthians 5:17. This rule of law ONLY pertains to those who are “washed by the blood of the lamb”, who acknowledges that Jesus Christ as Lord (1 Corinthians 12:3; 1 John 4:1-4). Unfortunately to ALL others, Gentiles and pagans alike, they must be subjected to what ever the prevailing laws are that have power over them (e.g. Constitution; codified laws). From God’s perspective, no society is safe with individuals who do not give him reverence. Because there is so much evil taking place in the present day courts, it is more than possible for believers to experience persecution and be falsely arrested and jailed. In this case, God will reveal this to be true to the individual as he is tested in his faith…remember God is Sovereign, potentate! Read 1 Peter 4:12-19.
CONCLUSION of the matter: If Jesus had not come, and spoken to them (mankind), they would not be guilty of sin (a willful transgression against a known law of God) (John 15:22, 23). “Therefore no one will be declared righteous in his sight by observing the law; rather, through the law we become conscience of sin.” Romans 3:20. “Before me (the Lord speaking) every knee shall bow; by me every tongue will swear. They will say of me, ‘In the Lord alone are righteousness and strength’. All who have raged against him will come to him and be put to shame. But in the Lord all the descendants of Israel will be found righteous and will exult.” Isaiah 45:22-25 The soul who sins will die. It is written: “But if the wicked man turns from all the sins he has committed and keeps all my decrees and does what is just and right, he will surely live; he will not die. None of the offenses he has committed will be remembered against him. Because of the righteous things he has done, he will live. Do I take pleasure in the death of the wicked man? Declares the Sovereign Lord. Rather am I not pleased when they turn from their ways and live?” Ezekiel 18:21-23
ONLY God’s way and purpose for living (Royal law of love- James 2:8; Romans 13:8, 9) creates the heavenly kingdom. Life is ALL about him: “Do not say to yourself, ‘My power and the strength of my hands have produced this wealth for me’. But remember the Lord your God, for it is He who gives you the ability to produce wealth, and so confirms his covenant…” Deuteronomy 8:17, 18. Also, “I know, O Lord, that a man’s life is not his own; it is not for man to direct his steps. Correct me, Lord, but only with justice- not in your anger, lest (for fear that) you reduce me to nothing.” Jeremiah 10:23, 24. When necessary, God’s Church House of prayer, personal prayer, or for sever cases, ecclesiastical courts, are to be used for correction; that is, the human mind aligning itself to the mind of Christ! Doing this will cause mankind’s present day destructive madness to cease! Jesus: “The thief comes only to kill, steal, and destroy; I have come that they may have life, and have it the full.” John 10:10.
Jesus Christ is ALL about reconciliation. Perhaps even the "Law" dictionary has captured the principle-RECONCILIATION (Law:) The renewal of amicable (friendly) relations between two persons [even nations!] who had been at enmity or variance; usually implying forgiveness of injuries on one or both sides. In law of domestic relations, a voluntary resumption of marital relations in the fullest sense. It means something more that resumption of cohabitation and observance of civility, and comprehends a fresh start and genuine effort by both the parties to avoid pitfalls originally causing separation.
